My Mother and I had a wonderful experience with the Crestview dealership. Started with the day we just went by to look at SUV's. Sales Consultant Wayne McCranie greeted us with a big smile and a helpfu Crestview dealership. Started with the day we just went by to look at SUV's. Sales Consultant Wayne McCranie greeted us with a big smile and a helpful attitude. He was very knowledgeable and informative about any questions either of us had. By the time we left we felt like he was a friend. When we came back to purchase our SUV I made sure he was there. Again he helped us every step of the way. Always taking time to ask if we had any questions. We truly appreciated his experience and trusted him. Also appreciated Business Manager Becky Carr. She too was very knowledgeable, helpful and made sure all our questions were answered. It was a Good experience overall. More

My original order was incorrect after delays due to parts shortage and cancellation , however, Wayne was assigned as my reorder salesman and he delivered.
