and finally found the perfect vehicle at DSL Buick GMC, a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. I was referred to Wayne for the sale and Jennifer for the financials. Wayne was so pleasant and had a very chill personality that I very much appreciated as a chill person myself. He was kind and just a nice, down-to-earth person - definitely not the stereotype "car salesman". I believe Wayne did a great job getting me the very best price for my trade and all the discounts. Then Jennifer was a lot of fun to work with. She has good snacks and was great at explaining the financing and packages to me. She made nice folders for my car and home paperwork. I was pretty tired by the time I got to the financing, so it was nice to meet her and laugh a bit. Overall, the experience was great. I would definitely recommend Wayne and Jennifer to women especially as I just felt really comfortable and not like I was pushed into anything. It felt like they were friends more than service providers. The only part I wish was better was the time spent at a dealership buying a car in general. It's always so long, pretty much everywhere. If you all can streamline the process down to a reasonable, say, two hours (maybe I'm reaching?), it would be more enticing to buy/trade in cars more often. Anyway, Wayne and Jennifer get five stars from me. If Wayne ever leaves, I don't know what it would take to come back for a sale. So I hope he is around for at least another 5 or 6 years!
