I bought my 2025 prius Plug-in from Wayne Moore Toyota of Gladstone. When Wayne greted me at the parking lot, I made it clear that I am not interested in any dealer additional markup, no trade and essentiall Gladstone. When Wayne greted me at the parking lot, I made it clear that I am not interested in any dealer additional markup, no trade and essentially a cash deal. I bought it at MSRP and the whole process was very simple, they did not try to work me over or sell me products/services I did not ask for. The finance guy was intelligent and respectful and the process lasted 15 minutes. The new car was ready for delivery and I spent less than 2 hours total at the dealership. Highly recommended Wayne because he understood what I won't put up with and he stay focus on my deal the whole time. More
