finally got m4 BMW back from them after a month and there solution to the problem with the valve cover was to tell me that I Abused the car in the 3 days of owning in and had no proof of it and the GM WAYNE solution to the problem with the valve cover was to tell me that I Abused the car in the 3 days of owning in and had no proof of it and the GM WAYNE MORGAN told my father and me to "SHUT THE xxxx UP" and listen while he's talking when we were just trying to explain what a shop here told us. They said its not going to be under warranty because they feel its from abuse so I got it back here and fixed $4k worth of engine damage myself because obviously they don't take responsibility. When i got the old valve cover back the damage you can clearly see isn't from abuse and the BMW shop here said it actually it looks as if someone prior that was working on the car when they were putting a bolt in accidently knocked a plastic tab off and thats what is causing the leak. But thanks for the Terrible experience with my first car purchase alone will gladly know not to go here next time and what precautions to take when looking at cars. ALSO THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO LIE AND NOT COVER UNDER WARRANTY More

Five stars does not do this dealership justice. Friendly staff and a calm and happy atmosphere. In my experience you can tell when the employees are this friendly and happy it starts from the top. Low Pressure Approach Personnel encountered were professional and courteous. Did not feel high pressured and offers/counteroffers were seamless and smooth. Wayne Morgan and Vuagjn Hester seemed to take a keen interest in customer satisfaction and Will Parrot did an excellent job going over the financial details. All in all a great experience.
