I’ve been a customer since 2012, when I bought my first Kia optima from Koons. After wrecking my car in February of this year, I knew that I wanted another Kia, because I think they are great cars and with Kia optima from Koons. Koons always has better price than every other dealership that I have looked at. There’s never any gimmicks and they always work with the banks that are going to give you the better deals. More

For the most part my experience with Koons Kia was great. I stopped in on a whim to look at a car. Everyone was welcoming and they worked to answer my questions. After about a month, I decided to purchase I stopped in on a whim to look at a car. Everyone was welcoming and they worked to answer my questions. After about a month, I decided to purchase through Koons Kia and the delivery was also great. At the time of purchase there was only 1 Key Fob available and I was told to reach out to schedule a time to pick up a second one, have it programmed. Unfortunately this process didn't go as smoothly as promised because I had to call, text and email quite a few times with no success. Since I live over 60 miles away from the dealership, I decided to purchase a new OEM Key Fob directly and have it programmed at my local Kia dealership. More
