I can't say enough about the staff at Fitz in Hagerstown. I am single mother of two, and I don't have the financial support or help that some do from other. It has been a very stressful week dealing with dealerships. From rude comments, to no empathy, to "this is business only" type of attitude from "OURISMAN CHEVY". The staff at Fitzgerald Chevy in Hagerstown did not treat us this way. They were all so kind, understanding, and was able to get me exactly what I was looking for. Went into to get a coating on vehicle that I purchased when buying the car thought the dealership. Upon picking up my vehicle, the paint now has swirls in it. I then asked for them to fix it and took my v when buying the car thought the dealership. Upon picking up my vehicle, the paint now has swirls in it. I then asked for them to fix it and took my vehicle back to get the correction fixed. It still has paint swirls. I was told to take the vehicle to another dealership because they “do not have the technical skill to fix it”. Ruined the paint on the vehicle and now it’s apparently my issue to get it corrected because they can’t do the job correctly the first time. More
