Came in for an oil change and brought up two other issues, one was a screen problem they could not replicate and the other was the A/C blowing hot air when I accelerate and this was not fixed either. issues, one was a screen problem they could not replicate and the other was the A/C blowing hot air when I accelerate and this was not fixed either. These issues are now documented so i’m hoping this can be looked at in more details at a later time. More

Called dealership to make appointment for a common problem with the starter ground connection terminal and to have basic service as well as tire rotation conducted on my 2023 longhorn limited. My phon problem with the starter ground connection terminal and to have basic service as well as tire rotation conducted on my 2023 longhorn limited. My phone call was answered by an AI assistant, which was annoying as xxxx. I asked AI to be transferred to a human. I made an appointment, and I showed up early. Wgen I pulked into the service lane, I waited 20 minutes for someone to approach me! Once they did, I thoroughly explained my issues and what I needed. I was told it would take 2 to 3 hours and that they would send me a text telling me when it was ready and any other things they found that would be suggested fixes. I dropped it off at 10:00 a.m. At 6:30 p.m. I had not heard from them, so I called for an update! After being put on hold for 20 minutes, I was told that they forwarded my info to the service manager for priority and that they would call me back ASAP with an update. Now it it 8:00 p.m. and the service department is closed and I have no answers or vehicle! I am a disabled veteran and have no means of transportation. I am more than xxxxxx off at this dealership at this point. Zero communication, and they have left me stranded and in harms way with no transportation. I will never do business with them again and I will certainly share my experience with my fellow veterans at the VA and in the community! More
