My car was messed up during an oil change so I brought it in to be looked over and have anything fixed. They were able to repair my jeep but unfortunately didn’t disclose verbally the 3% charge for using a c in to be looked over and have anything fixed. We literally pass 2 other dealerships that are 10 to 20 minutes away just for the sake of knowing we are well taken care of and our vehicles aren’t parked and forgotten about.
