Chris agreed with my concerns and told me what my options were to resolve them . Your dealership gets high praises on your sales persons but your service department not so much ! Forced to use you all because your local but it’s truly a roll of the dice with what kind of service your going to get ! Maybe Chris D could give some customer service classes to other service advisors ! More
