The service on my car yesterday was excellent—completed in a reasonable amount of time with friendly, professional staff. I would absolutely give the Forest City Honda team 5 stars. However, since leaving the dealership just over 24 hours ago, I’ve been contacted six times asking me to rate my experience. Thursday, March 26, 2026: 1:30 pm – Service appointment (about an hour) 2:30 pm – Phone call immediately after leaving Friday, March 27, 2026: 11:19 am – Email 11:42 am – Phone call with voicemail 11:44 am – Text message 3:20 pm – Another text 4:52 pm – Another phone call with voicemail I had every intention of completing the survey this weekend when I have a little more time, but this level of follow-up is extremely excessive. While I’m very pleased with the service itself, the repeated contact has started to feel overwhelming. I understand that customer ratings are important—I’m a business owner myself—but a single email followed by a courtesy reminder a few days later would feel much more customer-friendly. I was out and about and my battery died. It gave me one more chance so I went to Honda on a Saturday around lunch to ask them to check it and it was the battery. They put in a new one even It gave me one more chance so I went to Honda on a Saturday around lunch to ask them to check it and it was the battery.
