Hello. My name is Chris Ruiz. My passion of helping people led me to the automotive repair industry starting in 1993 and I've been in this industry ever since. I started working for Honda in early 2002. In my experience, Honda is the best car company in the world. I've been a Honda Service Manager for the last 20 years. I am married to my wonderful wife of 9 years. We like to spend our time with family and friends. We love spending time with our 2 four-legged children. We have a 65 pound female Flat Coated Retriever (Bear) and her partner-in-crime, our 11 pound female Malti-Poo (Khloe). Believe it or not, the little one runs the house, not the big one!!! We love travelling and cheering on my favorite college football Team, the West Virginia Mountaineers!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Service department left oil cap off on a vehicle purchase. Oil blown all over engine compartment. Zero oil pressure. Told me to take for an oil change and they would compensate for it. Never received compensation. Refuses to take any responsibility for the issue, Sales Manager said it's my problem and I should have bought an extended warranty. Didn't make it home from vehicle pickup and dealership says not their problem!!!!??? Stay away from this place. More

They sold me a used car and something was wrong with the car i was in a lender for a year I was making payments on a car I hadn't even driven in a year they wouldn't even offer another car. The car i got fr car i was in a lender for a year I was making payments on a car I hadn't even driven in a year they wouldn't even offer another car. The car i got from them was sitting at a shop for a yr with the tranmission sitting out all Chris would say is I haven't heard anything the shop keep saying that can't find the part and kept putting me in different lender cars. I go to honda they give me a lemon Toyota that I can't even drive. I put down payment on that car and all. They redid contract when I brought car back and put warranty on it that made payments go up. And kept putting me in lender cars. Can't get any of my money back or anything. Remind you I was paying xxxx near 500 for a year for s vehicle I haven't even driven. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else 😕 hope you have a blessed one. More
