Knowledge; fast service; recommended be sure you tell owner of car u back charge for use of CCards at each step as it gets expensive. I was not happy about that even if l was told and just forgot. Also I expect a dealer to check recalls and SB before they expire. Owners forget to ask things like “my tailgate does not swing open all the time and then forget about until warranty etc. expires. Owners expect dealer ask about SB items before time is up and is not covered by warranty sfter40K miles and now it costs $1000. If I owned a dealership I would make sure my repair shop tells about SBs that may apply before it is too late to repair under Honda $$$ right now I have the swing door and foot lights that Honda should pay to fix. I could write a book on what cost the owner to Fix because dealer did not ask and hid behind it’s“no sorry””, it just ran out of warranty. I I am aware of dealers that tell employees “you don’t need to tell or ask car owners to check a none problem with the car owner does not have or knows about the service bulletin. You should tell owners to check potential problem before they happen. When Honda knows it may happen before the warranty expires. We owners don’t know what the dealer knows about And that it is about to $$$ to the owner because warranty was trash. My name is Major Schutt More

The call to set up the appointment was easy and Wendy was very pleasant. Brought car day before service and was an easy drop off.
