Hello, My name is Wes Baker and I have been with Coastal Hyundai/Genesis for over 10 years. I was born and raised in Alaska and after 40 years playing in the snow I decided it was time to thaw out. My experience was handled in a professional and friendly way. It was smooth even when the first person I was dealing with Trainer wasn't there when my car was done. Didn't expect to buy a car and trade my car in the same day. I guess things are a little different now. I couldn't believe they prepped the car as fast as they did. I did expect the interior to be cleaner day. I guess things are a little different now. I couldn't believe they prepped the car as fast as they did. I did expect the interior to be cleaner but it was OK. I had to put some air in the tires the next morning to get the tires up to spec. Not a problem. Car runs great and we are still getting used to the new technology. Easy for me but my wife will need some guidance. I also need to have the front hood adjusted because it rattles if you push on it slightly. Not a problem. Over all I am satisfied with my experience. Al T. More
