Price Price Price I came into this establishment looking to purchase a 2015 Hyundai sonata sport. The sticker price of the vehicle was $9,999 which I found to be a bit I came into this establishment looking to purchase a 2015 Hyundai sonata sport. The sticker price of the vehicle was $9,999 which I found to be a bit expensive, considering the amount of mileage on the vehicle. I asked if the price could be negotiated and the sales rep went to go "talk to the manager" and he returned saying that they could not work on the price and the car is actually going to cost $1,200 more than the sticker price. The $1,200 was apparently some sort of "auto shop fee"(making the out the door price with tag title and dealer fee around $14,000!!!). After this was revealed to me I left the dealership and called there partner dealership who had true ownership of the vehicle and was quoted an out the door price on the exact same vehicle for about $11,000. Long story short I obviously purchased the vehicle next door because I did not feel like getting robbed. I would have multiple vehicles that are brought to this location for maintenance, oil changes and etc. I will not be giving these people ANY future business. And neither should you... More

Registration problem fixed over phone There was a mixup regarding the registration and transfer of a specialty tag from old car to new car. Wes fixed it in a few minutes over the phone and saved us a 45 minute trip to the dealer or a 30 minute trip into town at the tag office. Great customer service Wes! More
