I wound up speaking with Jason to get a feel for what I could expect in trading in my lease. He was friendly, low-pressure, knowledgeable, and not intimidating at all. I've always heard that women shouldn't shop for cars alone because they may get taken advantage of but that is not the case at all at Lia. I felt not only that I was in good hands but that I could walk away at any point, if I had wanted. Excellent, excellent service by Jason! I still can't believe I walked into the dealer this morning with one car and have an entirely different one now, only hours later! I highly recommend Lia to both purchase/lease a car and to have it serviced (the service area is great--comfy chairs, a big tv, water, coffee, donuts, and a tracker screen to see where you are in the service queue). More
