Had an amazing experience with this dealership. Went in for an oil change on my current G37s and meet Mr Shon Hood. Showed me a couple of vehicles and caught my attention very quickly. Had amazing deals go for an oil change on my current G37s and meet Mr Shon Hood. Showed me a couple of vehicles and caught my attention very quickly. Had amazing deals going on. And walked out with a beautiful QX50 a deal I just couldn't pass up. Also met with general manager Chris Styles who was awesome as well. Look forward to my next purchase with this dealership. Would recommend all my friends to come and visit Mr. Hood in Mr. Styles. More

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of the used car side of this dealership , like others have said, they make false promises , they pad costs to inflate pricing, managers are disrespectful xxxxxxxx. Don't do business with this used car dealership. I bought a pre owned certified vehicle from them and the car died on me the next day. They will make promises they will not keep, they have salesmen that dont a pre owned certified vehicle from them and the car died on me the next day. They will make promises they will not keep, they have salesmen that dont know what they are doing, and will not call yo u back. This dealership owes me money and has continuously ignored my voicemails, emails, and calls during business hours. They threw away my DV plates when they should have been transferred from one car to another. They refuse to give the simplest of customer service expectations... a return call. Watch out folks... I bought my car end of January 2020 and its now July 2020. I have tried every month calling a least once or twice. No responses, just continued to be ignored. The General Mgr Wes Hays will not respond. Managers Jacob Taylor and Matthew Kusez will not respond. All of the managers will not even bother to give me a simple 5 minute phone call. This company prides themselves in poor customer services, false promises, and ignoring customers after they drive away. I would not recommend buying a car from this place. This place deserves only half a star. More
