WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Leased over 8 years of Crest Infiniti without a single incident. Thought we tried Grubbs but turned out to be the worst Infinity dealer ever! Rodney Leased over 8 years of Crest Infiniti without a single incident. Thought we tried Grubbs but turned out to be the worst Infinity dealer ever! Rodney Vega and Wes Hayes promised to get my issues resolved but after numerous phone calls, voice mails and emails, neither one has the courtesy to return my calls or emails for over 2 months. Now I am stuck with a Grubbs Infiniti lease that I ABSOLUTELY HATED for the next 3 years!!! They are fair when getting into their vehicle but have NO customer relation skills when dealing with customer's complaints. Had filled 2 formal complaints with Infiniti Financials and Infiniti Relations. The sad part is that these 2 entities took Grubbs' words over the customer's complaint - Basically there's nothing they can do because all dealers are independently owned and operated! So why would they have this complaint department when they knew that there's nothing could be done!?!? This IS the LAST Infiniti vehicle I will ever get into! Acura and Lexus would be my choice from here on. Thanks for NOTHING Grubbs Infiniti!!! More

Positive Experience Mr. Kinchen was a good communicater throughout the entire process, from the polite emails to keeping the process moving once we agreed on a deal. You could tell Mr. Kinchen was the most seasoned sales associate in the place and he treated us accordingly. Manager, Mr. Hays was informative, knowledgable and sharp. I felt I obtained a good deal on the Infiniti product and they made the experience a positive one. More

Fantastic Experience My salesman was great, the finance department was great but what impressed me most was working with new sales manager Wes Hays. He was incredibly patient with my two children and while I was finishing the paperwork, he even played with them to keep them entertained. Kudos to Mr. Grubbs for having such a wonderful management staff. More

I Highly recommend Grubbs Infinity!!! Price Clark was absolutely the Best salesman I've ever had to work with. I have never been more pleased in a purchase of buying a new vehicle ever! P Price Clark was absolutely the Best salesman I've ever had to work with. I have never been more pleased in a purchase of buying a new vehicle ever! Price was extremely kind, very patient , a great listener and truly understood the meaning of customer service. Price was very considerate to my needs and made my buying experience an absolute joy! I have been driving my new car for over a week now and have already been contacted by Price To make sure I was still satisfied with my new car and to see if there were any questions or needs to be made. I don't remember ever in all the years of buying a vehicle having a salesman care enough to follow up after the deal is done! Extremely pleased. The finance department was very stress free and made my entire experience run very smooth. I Highly recommend Grubbs infinity and Price Clark as your Salesman you will be very impressed!! I can't recommend Nick Amandelario, and Wes Hayes any higher as well! Grubbs Infinity Euless was and is the best dealership I have ever done business with. !! More

Buying experience was ok,it went sour from there. One week after purchase battery completely dead, recharged then dead again two days later. Took to repair shop locally as Grubbs six hours away, found fa week after purchase battery completely dead, recharged then dead again two days later. Took to repair shop locally as Grubbs six hours away, found faulty ignition switch, water pump leaking antifreeze, repair estimate of over $700. Called and talked to the salesman at Grubbs and was told that is what happens when you buy used vehicles, I was told nothing they could do for me, sorry. Would not recommend Grubbs Infinity if you want any kind of customer service after the sale!!!! More

I've been an Audi/Volkswagen, Toyota and Hyundai customer and no one came close to providing the best customer service, sales and finance until Infiniti! Grubbs Infiniti went over and beyond our exp customer and no one came close to providing the best customer service, sales and finance until Infiniti! Grubbs Infiniti went over and beyond our expectations! It took my family over 10 years as an Audi customer to realize that we can get more than we deserve from other brand and dealer specifically Grubbs Infiniti! A special shout out goes to the three employees of Grubbs Infiniti who have been very helpful to close the deal. Kudos to Ken Davis, Wes Hays and Nick Amandelaro for providing the best hassle-free car buying experience! You've earned another customer for life!:) More

Owned a 2011 Volvo C70 convertible, but was not happy with the lack of standard equipment in similar class vehicles. After doing some research, i went to Grubbs, where I met Joe. My first impression wa with the lack of standard equipment in similar class vehicles. After doing some research, i went to Grubbs, where I met Joe. My first impression was he knew the product, wasn't pushy, and wanted to serve me. He proactively located a vehicle with my specs, worked with the sales manager, Wes, who also ended up being very helpful, and closed the deal. The car was delivered to my work place with the appropriate documentation and transaction was complete. This was a very pleasant experience and see myself buying my next car at Grubbs. More
