He heard my story very attentively and placed me in a beautiful Qx30...just what I needed...the numbers were crunched very effectively in everyone's favor...and by the way this is what I do for a living...I sell cars !! More

Buyer Beware!!! I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in February 2016 at the time the check engine light was on and I was assured that this would be checked and I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in February 2016 at the time the check engine light was on and I was assured that this would be checked and fixed and they would be responsible for whatever was causing this. Well 14 months later, over 3 months of vehicle being in the shop and Grubbs Infiniti not doing as they promised in any way. Of course they sent me to another dealership to deal with their problems!!! They treat women horribly and think we have no brains when it comes to purchasing and maintaining a vehicle. They are incompetent, I had purchased an expensive extended warranty and they "neglected" to get the needed paperwork to the extended warranty company resulting in my vehicle being in the shop for over a month awaiting them getting their act together and getting the needed paperwork into the extended warranty company(all while another dealership waited on them getting their act together AND the other dealership provided me with a loaner car for the whole month while we waited for Grubbs Infiniti to get their act together, of course they could have cared less as it wasn't their loaner vehicle that was being used nor was it their shop that had my car their for a month) BMW Dallas was more than patient with their incompetence and will reinforce all I am stating in this review . They will tell you "we are just trying to help you" in the mean time they place all the work on another dealership. BMW Dallas will tell you exactly what kind of dealership Grubbs Infinity is, an incompetent, untrustworthy, neglectful, misleading, prejudice and very shady dealership and I would steer clear. Especially if you are a woman. There is so much more to this story but due to legal action I am not able to speak on it. But please heed my warning, ladies especially. More

terrible service with sales rep and manager The experience was horrible since the day I purchased the car. Car was leaking oil from rear end and engine. Check engine,airbag and seatbelt lights came on while driving the car. Took the car back to the dealership is been 2 months and a half and still can't fix it right. Now I call the sales manager or the sales rep they don't want to help me.they told me I have to talk to the mechanics.terrible service don't buy any cars from this grubbs infinity dealership. I am making a law suit. More

The new dealership is state of the art and doesn't even feel like your in a dealership. It is simply a work of art from the service team and all the sales and finance staff, I say Wow!! This is my second Infiniti from this dealership and already preparing for my third. I have recommended many people to the Grubbs team and they have said it was a very positive experience. It was closing time, my husband wanted to wait until the next morning to sign, yet they wouldn't let him leave without signing the contract. They still even had all his personal belongings in his trade in when he left, we had to go back the next day to get personal property. Horrible, unethical people at Grubbs. Tried to get truck back and Wes Hayes said the numbers couldn't be worked out. Asked to speak with owner George Grubbs and were told he was on vacation. More
