Great vehicle buying experience! I was a returning customer trading in my car and wanted a small suv. It was a very long process but they both worked hard to get it done.The only negative was I was a bit upset about the trade in value for my Saturn only being $400 when I had another offer at Susquehanna Auto for $825. I stayed with them though because they had the perfect Suv for me. More

From my first call to pulling off the lot, in my new car, was a very easy and smooth transition. I was referred to Carey, but he was unavailable. I was able to be helped quickly by Tim Goelz. He got me a great rate, kept my preferences in mind, and got the deal done while not being pushy or giving me the run around. He showed nothing close to the dreaded car salesman stereotypes! I have faith that every employee at Thornton would be this great to work with. Everyone I dealt with and spoke to was a pleasure and more than helpful. I cannot express how highly I think of this dealership. Had I not found a vehicle to match what I was looking for that day, I would have waited until the right one came to them. First car buying experience made easy This was my first time buying a car on my own. Tim and Wes went out of their way to make the experience as easy and as less stressful as possible and This was my first time buying a car on my own. Tim and Wes went out of their way to make the experience as easy and as less stressful as possible and Kevin came along on four different test drives in 15 degree weather. The guys were determined to make sure I made the right choice of car (which happens to be a 2011 Hyundai Sonata) and gave me a great deal on top of it. They really took the time to make me feel comfortable and made sure to explain everything to me in terms I would actually understand considering I'm not exactly the expert on buying cars.
