Great vehicle buying experience! I was a returning customer trading in my car and wanted a small suv. With the help of my salesman and Finance manager they were able to negotiate finally with a bank to approve and got me a 5 year warranty! It was a very long process but they both worked hard to get it done.The only negative was I was a bit upset about the trade in value for my Saturn only being $400 when I had another offer at Susquehanna Auto for $825. I stayed with them though because they had the perfect Suv for me. More

From my first call to pulling off the lot, in my new car, was a very easy and smooth transition. I was referred to Carey, but he was unavailable. I was able to be helped quickly by Tim Goelz. He got me a great rate, kept my preferences in mind, and got the deal done while not being pushy or giving me the run around. He showed nothing close to the dreaded car salesman stereotypes! I have faith that every employee at Thornton would be this great to work with. Everyone I dealt with and spoke to was a pleasure and more than helpful. I cannot express how highly I think of this dealership. Had I not found a vehicle to match what I was looking for that day, I would have waited until the right one came to them.
