I began with this dealership servicing several of my vehicles for many years! I cannot say enough about Thornton Automotive Dover! I’ve been so pleased because the Service Department with Brian & the vehicles for many years! I cannot say enough about Thornton Automotive Dover! I’ve been so pleased because the Service Department with Brian & the other employees always took the time to help me with large or small problems. Their honesty & integrity has been shown numerous times! They never tried to encourage me to get service that wasn’t necessary! Since I trust their service I refuse to go elsewhere to purchase another vehicle! Wes Myers, the General Manager, has been there for me, with all my questions of transitioning to a newer vehicle! I’ve dealt with other dealers and they do not compare to the patience of my salesman, Scott! He took time to go through all the questions I had concerning gas, oil %, the digital readings on the dashboard, as well as how the car drives. I feel confident that I can ask for help anytime and I am very pleased with Thornton Automotive Dover! More
