I was able to get an appointment for service on my vehicle quickly. I love the pick up service! When I went to pick up my car at the completion of the service, I interacted with the two guys at the c vehicle quickly. I love the pick up service! The manager was readily available and definitely could tell cars and service are his expertise! More

I recently had the pleasure of bring my vehicle to the Service Department at Blake Ford and I could not be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the service and parts staff greet Service Department at Blake Ford and I could not be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the service and parts staff greeted me warmly and took time to listen to my concerns. The Service and Parts Advisors and Managers were all incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything so that I understood completely. While I was there, I spent time talking with many of the employees in the waiting lounge that were incredibly nice and helpful making the time pass quickly. In not time at all, my vehicle was returned to me as promised and in a timely manner at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend you give Blake Ford the opportunity to assist you with your Parts and Service needs! More

The salesman was working with 3 people at one time, very understaffed. We felt rushed in the whole ordeal and we drove 4 hours to them. They sold the car without a headrest and it took 3 people and 2 months understaffed. We felt rushed in the whole ordeal and we drove 4 hours to them. They sold the car without a headrest and it took 3 people and 2 months to receive it after assuring that they would do so. We felt pressured to take a car loan instead of paying cash (what we intended to do) and misrepresented that the loan interest was free for 30 days. After we paid it off within 30 days, we were still charged interest. They remedied this by reimbursing the cost to us after we paid it first. I realize that we had the choice in payments, but it was presented as "we would be helping them out, and would not cost anything extra." They did not negotiate on the listed price at all. They were to do a paint repair job and it took 2 weeks longer than promised. Please watch the monetary figures when getting the deal with them, as the first offer was actually higher than discussed. Buyer beware! More
