Beware of this dealership, I went online to their sight, filled out the paperwork to give me a qoute on my car. I sent pictures and description of the upgrades and paint bubble on fender. Wen I got to the dealership for a qoute they took it for a test ride, all while romping thru 1st and 2nd gear .we watched from the lot and he was doing atleast twice the speed limit and switching lanes to pass a car. He comes back and my wife was mad and the sales man gave my wife an attitude for saying something. We then work out a deal and at the last minute I asked for a 20$ paint stick to touch up the jeep that was certified but had 100 nicks on the hood. A reasonable ask but was told nasty the cats already certified. But that being said wen showing me the hitch cover a small pile of fresh asphalt fell on the ground. I even messaged the manager today a email to apologize about the attitude and they called me back to work out the deal. But being I didn’t feel comfortable doing a credit application online being I already have a loan approved thru my bank and there vender. They called back and told me they would rather not do the deal my attitude was poor and they don’t want bad advertising online. Good luck to all who go there but be careful More

Bought a $100k Truck only to have it scratched while having the bed lined. Managment took no responsibility for the lack of care while in their facility or the fact that they damaged it. When the truck was delivered it had food crumbs, fingerprints and footprints in it. You would think that when someone is paying a large amount of money for a vehicle you would be treated like a VIP. I was nickeled and dimed at every discussion about problems, delays and damage. In my opinion the customer is not number one and the experience left extremely disappointed. the least that could have been done is to show appreciation instead you get excuses and arguments. Shop around would be my suggestion. I don't need a canned response from the dealership i need action! More

I think giving this dealership 1 * is one to many. Wesley, who claimed he was the owner, needs lots of work in dealing with people. He walked around like he was the king of the castle, and literally Wesley, who claimed he was the owner, needs lots of work in dealing with people.
