Yes, The key was ordered. You have not received the key? I am more than happy to assist with any issues. But I don't appreciate you saying what you are saying about my persona. That is totally untrue, I have never disrespected you or anyone else. If I recall correctly you were cursing at me and Nick. And even then I still went ahead to order you what you requested. I went as far as to offer you a full refund. ( Remember) I am far from perfect but will never disrespect anyone, especially a customer. You were rude Wesley M and was very pompous , even one of your colleagues agreed with me over your behavior, and told me good luck getting that key from him, he always promises and under delivers. You all called yourself an owner, however I know you're not the owner. You need to learn people skills. I did say a curse word, however I never cursed at you or Nick. If the owner has placed you in charge as a manager, he should reconsider, you are not management material. Yes you did offer for me to return the vehicle, but that wasn't until I already had put the running board on and replaced the defected part that you sold the van with, that you also offered to repair but with an aftermarket part, when I told you what the situation was about and told me you would not refund me the money I put into it at Quality Ford. That deanship couldn't believe how horribly you were treating me. Un be known to you, I have been buying vehicles since 1990, for my Limousine Company and was never treated so poorly. Let's face it ,none of us are perfect, but if everyone was kind and just did their job, and treated paying customers with respect, this would be a better world to live in. So with that said, I feel you run a horrible organization and will never recommend your dealership for anything.
