Even though a mistake was made. ..the wrong size tires were put on my car, they were changed at no cost to me and the service technician was honest and admitted the mistake. I appreciate the honesty...that goes a long way with me. I will continue to have my car serviced at the dealership. They continue to provide excellent and honest service and did not try to cover up when a mistake was made. More

Had a Monday drop off appointment and dropped it off Saturday. Entered service dept. and the manager asked if he could get service done today would that be ok. I said yes and picked it up at 3pm.
