Whitney listen to what I needed an oil change tire rotation and put back on the plate that fell off from the bottom of the car. I was in and out in under an hour. Tooky truck in for service. Explained some minor repair concerns to Whitney. Truck has a warranty. Which were NOT repaired. Noticed an oil leak after service. Called service dep Explained some minor repair concerns to Whitney. Truck has a warranty. Which were NOT repaired. Noticed an oil leak after service. Called service dept & explained again to different person. They'd check into it. Called me back & was told everything was within spec. Asked to speak to manager. I was transferred to a voicemail. Left a message & have NEVER heard back from anyone. Apparently if you're in management you don't have to return a call from a customer. I've heard bad things about this service dept in the past. Would NOT recommend More
