I decided to see what my trade-in options looked like, and that's when I met Mr. Cruz. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and showed me several vehicles that fit my wish list. There was never any pressure or gimmicky sales tactics—just honest conversation, realistic expectations, and fair numbers on both my trade-in and the replacement vehicle. Mr. Cruz put a tremendous amount of effort into making everything work, and it really showed. What started as a stressful breakdown turned into me driving away in a much newer, nicer vehicle than I expected. I'd also like to thank the rest of the team. Sales Manager Jose was great to work with, and Tamara was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout the entire afternoon. Overall, this was one of the best dealership experiences I've had. I came in expecting a repair and left with a fantastic new vehicle.
