For the most part truck was as advertised. Had one unforseen issue that was quickly and fairly resolved. I also had a chance to speak with Will Douglas (used car manager). Definitely not the typical full of xxxx used car guy. He was genuine, knowledgeable and sincere about making a fair deal for all. Pasquale was excellent and so was Will they were a joy to work with. The owners need to work on customer experience in financing area. Seems crazy to sit and stare at vending machines and to feel like your work with. The owners need to work on customer experience in financing area. Also should have free drinks that makes a customer feel better about spending 30k. I know that comes from the top so everyone I worked with was great the owners just need to think about customer experience more. More
