We had the Best Experience Ever! My husband and I were in a time crunch to replace our van after it was totaled because it was time to turn our rental car in. We had never worked wi My husband and I were in a time crunch to replace our van after it was totaled because it was time to turn our rental car in. We had never worked with O'Daniel before and we were not sure what to expect. We were blessed to get Mark Campati as our salesman. He was Awesome! He found the perfect vehicle for us and made sure everything worked out to turn our rental car in on time. He went above and beyond to help us and he took the time to thoroughly explain all the features on our new van. Everyone we worked with at O'Daniel was just great. We spoke with Dave and Will on the Management team and they couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. I signed paperwork with Andrea and she was quick, efficient and very friendly too. We will definitely recommend O'Daniel and Mark Campati to our friends and we will definitely come back when we are ready for another vehicle. Bret Gump, Will Douglas, Shaylene Shaw very Professional I could have bought a van anywhere for my family and I looked everywhere but O'daniel was the right place for my family. I found one that we liked at I could have bought a van anywhere for my family and I looked everywhere but O'daniel was the right place for my family. I found one that we liked at O'Daniel late one night before closing and Bret talked to us while I was driving my current van and we talked some and we ended up talking the next day to take the sale furthur. I test drove the van and we all liked it, there was a few things we needed added to the van that I expressed to Bret. After getting back from the test drive I was able to meet Will. I expressed my concerns to what we needed for our family trip with the van. Bret and Will worked together with me and they were both very professional and got me the van I needed to take our family on vacation. Shaylene was great with us in finance and was very fun to work with. I sell a lot also at mensmart2020.com and I would want all three of them on my team with no questions asked!!!
