I have been in the business for almost nine years, and I pride myself on offering outstanding customer service and an excellent work ethic. I absolutely LOVE The Pacific North West, LOVE PDX, Love Oregon, and Washington! I am originally from Michoacan Mexico, so Spanish is my mother's thong. I first started as a lot attendant over at Ron Tonkin Chevrolet, in Sep of 2012, and in moved to the sales department in May of 2013. I learned so much from great people, first from my friend and former neighbor Hector P. It was thanks to him that I started in the trade, he was the head of the lot attendants team and I learned a lot from him. Having a good work team that cares for you is a blessing, especially when we spend more hours out of the day working with your team than with your own family. I have been truly blessed my whole career, I have always been surrounded by genuinely good, nice hard-working people.

Hello Tony, my name is Hero Yoon, the General Sales Manager at Gladstone Hyundai. I apologize for your experience, but I was the one you chatted with. As I explained in our conversations, Due to the ongoing global shortage of new available vehicles at your local Hyundai dealerships, we along with almost every new manufacture have placed a IN TRANSIT badge to the bottom of future in bound vehicles. These cars are in bound and not at the local dealership. Once they arrive at the dealership, we provide the current Regional Price Adjustment to the car once it's ready for retail. As frustrating as the buying process is and with the additional complications of the current shortages, this addition to our site along with every other new car franchise has been a plus in most consumers eyes. But I can see how it might be a little confusing but after our extended conversation, I assumed you were satisfied with the explanation. But, we appreciate all of our customers and we pride ourselves on being overly transparent so there's no misunderstandings on pricing or current availability. We realize that purchasing in todays climate can be confusing and frustrating, especially when you see preowned prices $5-10K more than the MSRP of brand new models. This has forced dealers to raise prices of new cars to offset the challenging market. We can not price, reprice, or adjust the prices of any, (IN TRANSIT) vehicles. These models are not in control until they hit our lot and transferred into our inventory. As frustrating as the new way of purchasing is, we try and put all the information forward. We realize in most instances, this is the only platform to share your concerns, but we're all in this together. As I shared with you in our prior conversation, this is the same format that all the new car manufactures are up loading to dealerships websites. I share your frustrations and concerns with the manufacture. At the end of the day, if you're in the market for a new Hyundai Kona, please do your due diligence and circle back and let me earn your business.
