I have been in the business for almost nine years, and I pride myself on offering outstanding customer service and an excellent work ethic. I absolutely LOVE The Pacific North West, LOVE PDX, Love Oregon, and Washington! I am originally from Michoacan Mexico, so Spanish is my mother's thong. I first started as a lot attendant over at Ron Tonkin Chevrolet, in Sep of 2012, and in moved to the sales department in May of 2013. I learned so much from great people, first from my friend and former neighbor Hector P. It was thanks to him that I started in the trade, he was the head of the lot attendants team and I learned a lot from him. Having a good work team that cares for you is a blessing, especially when we spend more hours out of the day working with your team than with your own family. I have been truly blessed my whole career, I have always been surrounded by genuinely good, nice hard-working people.

Called to inquire if a Kona was still available at the advertised “FINAL PRICE” of $24,550 on their website. Was told the final price wasn’t actually final and it was $3000 dollars more. It was on THEIR w advertised “FINAL PRICE” of $24,550 on their website. Was told the final price wasn’t actually final and it was $3000 dollars more. It was on THEIR website and the dishonesty just scared me off. I’ll try another dealership. We will NEVER go back there again. More

We talked with two other dealerships about buying a new car, and they both told us that we were not going to be able to get one because of the severe shortage of inventory. But that did not stop Will Here car, and they both told us that we were not going to be able to get one because of the severe shortage of inventory. But that did not stop Will Heredia at Tonkin Gladstone Hyundai. Within a few minutes, his conscientious efforts paid off and he found the perfect car for us. He truly worked tirelessly and quickly (with his Finance Manager) and did his “magic” to get the job done when NO ONE ELSE COULD OR WOULD. He even delivered the car to us!!! Customer service at its finest!!! We will always go back there for all our automobile needs. They are great! More
