He then introduced us to Charles Cleavinger, The New Car Sales Manager who took us to Will Kent. Will took excellent care of us providing us with all the information we needed to make an informed decision. They all displayed what great Customer Service should look like. I was 11k in the red on my Dodge Dart and I knew I was going to have to pay Tom Holzer’s salesman Will Kent above and beyond to get me into my F-150. I was 11k in the red on my Dodge Dart and I knew I was going to have to pay extra because of the negative equity I had to roll in. He worked with for over 2 months to get me the best rebates and recent deals to get me where I wanted my payment.
