Will Lubker is.....THE MAN AT ALL-STAR DODGE I went in to inquire about my options on possibly getting a new dodge ram...I had been to some other dodge dealerships closer to south county and was I went in to inquire about my options on possibly getting a new dodge ram...I had been to some other dodge dealerships closer to south county and was not pleased with the service and knowledge of the sales staff ...That's when I met Mr. Will Lubker it was very refreshing to meet a salesperson with this much knowledge about the products he represented...From the Rams we looked at also the Jeeps and SRT Challenger.. Will knew the answer to all my questions ...I thought i had him stumped with one question but he dug and got me the correct answer...I must say Will with the mixture of your knowledge, class and honestly make me buy the RAM from you...Will your a top level salesman and aces in my book...Making the 30 minute drive to see you was well worth it. Pleasant Experience purchasing a car We were very pleased with the service provided. We wanted a velvet red Pacifica and they went out of their way to get one from another dealer in IL. There were many new things on the van that we were not familiar with and Will explained everything and set my phone to sinc with the van also. He spent considerable time explaining everything . They also worked with us to purchase the van at the beginning of the year. Very happy with the outcome. More

All Star gave this new adult a chance I am what I would call a "new adult". I recently started my first professional job after graduating with my Masters degree in May. My fiance and I bot I am what I would call a "new adult". I recently started my first professional job after graduating with my Masters degree in May. My fiance and I both have great jobs, we have a beautiful home together, and we are trying to get on our feet. Our budget is obviously tight since we just started out, I just graduated two extra years of school, and are planning a wedding. However, I needed a new car fairly quickly because the once I had since high school was giving out slowly but surely. My fiance and I sought out a few dealers, but they all said the same thing. Because I didn't have established credit yet, nowhere was willing to give me a loan at a price that was reasonable for us to afford. Sure I could have settled for a different type of car, but my heart was set on a Cherokee Trailhawk. I took a chance with All Star Dodge and they were willing to take a chance on me. Will was very knowledgeable about people in situations like mine, and he was willing to help me find a way to get in the car I really wanted. Between him being nothing but truthful and upfront the entire time, to Ken fighting to find a bank that would offer me a decent loan, All Star truly went above and beyond to help me find my dream car when other dealerships wouldn't. All Star isn't afraid to stay 30 minutes past when they close in order to crunch the numbers. They don't take "no" for an answer like most dealerships. Time after time other places told me no bank would give me a loan for the percent I wanted, yet All Star found a way to make it work. This place is the real deal, no gimmicks, who will go out of their way to help you find your dream car. I couldn't be more appreciative to Will!! More

Can't say enough good things! My husband and I were about halfway through an 11 hour trip when our 2014 Ram 2500 diesel decided to throw codes and tell us it was going to shut down My husband and I were about halfway through an 11 hour trip when our 2014 Ram 2500 diesel decided to throw codes and tell us it was going to shut down in 120 miles. I called every dealer between where we were and St. Louis and kept getting told they couldn't help us...they were booked 2 weeks out. I finally reached Anthony in Service at All Star Dodge Chrysler. I'm sure he could hear the panic in my voice. He had us bring the truck in and went above and beyond to help us get on our way. We were so frustrated with the truck that while I was working with Anthony, my husband started working with Will in Sales. Will made a very stressful situation into a great deal on a new truck! I highly recommend these guys and would happily drive the 5 hours or so from home to work with them again!! More

I was super nervous about getting a loan because I recently declared bankruptcy but my friend Will turned out to be an amazing salesman! His customer service is top-notch! Even after I left the dealership with my car Will was still helpful! I am super happy with my Dodge Charger it's amazing! I plan on coming back to Allstar to see Will when I buy my next car. I couldn't think of anywhere else I would like to go to buy a car. More
