service was great in the front staff, detail /cleanup of our new Equinox not so much, only looked at the side and front of the Equinox, got it home in the garage and saw the back of the roof was felty!! , our new Equinox not so much, only looked at the side and front of the Equinox, got it home in the garage and saw the back of the roof was felty!! , just a bummer when you buy brand new and live 40 miles away, sent pictures to the General Manger ......
