Honestly, trading/buying a new car has gone from being a happy and exciting time to an absolute nightmare filled with stress and pressure. Most dealerships have forgotten that the customer is the one paying happy and exciting time to an absolute nightmare filled with stress and pressure. Most dealerships have forgotten that the customer is the one paying all of this money and truthfully doesn’t owe the dealership any obligation nor gratitude for merely accepting their hard earned money. The gratitude should be for the dealership showing a little compassion for someone who is about to spend what can be the price of a new house with them and for actually making a customer feel appreciated during the sale instead of acting like they are doing the customer a favor by selling them a car. That being said, after weeks of more or less being bullied by others, we decided to stop by Masters with the hopes that by them being smaller and having such a long local history we could find less pressure and a more relaxed experience, MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! No, we didn’t get the proverbial deal of the century but it was fair and the atmosphere was 100% more personal. We felt like we were important and anybody that reads this will know exactly what that means! Thanks Will Easler Johnny and Teresa More
