I was in the midst of a busy work period and did not have time to spend in a dealership, so I asked them to send over all documents ahead of time, so that I could quickly pick up the car and get out, and they did so. Carlos was equally helpful in getting me processed and out of the door. I spent less than 30 minutes total in the dealership, which I thought was pretty impressive, and everyone seemed really focused on making my experience positive. Would definitely go back to these guys and recommend them highly. More
