Ordered a part for my truck, came back a week later when it was in. Turned out to be wrong part. Ordered new part and price more than doubled. Found new part at another dealer for much cheaper. Dealer compl it was in. Turned out to be wrong part. Ordered new part and price more than doubled. Found new part at another dealer for much cheaper. Dealer completely would not on price when I had just bought the truck a week earlier. Salesman I worked with was busy trying to sell a car to another customer at the same time. I wanted to be completed by a certain time as I had some family waiting on me to get back. Needless to say I was late after being left to wait for him to get back to me after working with the other customer. All in all I feel the dealer didn’t have my best interest in mind. Only their own. I always use the dealer I bought from for all maintenance. After all of this I will not be back More

Nelsen Opare-Addo was an amazing salesman for us! He showed us the vehicle, addressed any concerns we had and wasn't trying to sell us the vehicle. I've managed some top finance teams in my lifetim He showed us the vehicle, addressed any concerns we had and wasn't trying to sell us the vehicle. I've managed some top finance teams in my lifetime and Nelsen had the traits in what I looked for in my sales team. Also, there was a couple issues after we had purchased the vehicle. We brought in the truck and explained the issue. Thankfully Walser Nissan took the time to fix the issues and make sure the truck was the way we had expected on everything was fixed without any hassle or additional costs. The overall experience was top notch. I will look at Walser Nissan the next time I look or have someone I know to go to your dealership to purchase a vehicle. Your dealership should be proud since you back up your words and make sure that the customer has a great experience and you're will to address and issues if anything occurs initially after the sale.
