He came up with a plan which included two of his teammates, Chris and Will. Which resulted in my husband and I in a new vehicle the same day which we couldn't be happier with. These gentlemen made this very frustrating situation much more satisfying. We highly recommend these gentlemen and the true professionalism along with their sincere desire to help rectify what was nothing short of a painful experience for us.
