I’m pretty particular about things with my car and Will made note of that and sought things through, which I very much appreciate. Nothing worse than having to consistently repeat the same things that you’ve already agreed on with that person. Gabe has a great team and was helpful in setting me up with two great associates. I had Matt for the finance part, and he was clear and concise with all of the document signing. Each individual person I worked with made me comfortable in replacing my car and getting it done quickly. Thanks Will for being on my wavelength and setting me up in my new ride! More

Her very pleasant personality really stood out as being genuine; she was not pushy nor standoff-ish and didn't BS around at all. By the time I was done with all the paperwork and ready to transfer my belongings to the new car, she not only helped me move my stuff (it's the little things that really add up!) but also spent more time helping me get oriented to all the new features of the new car, helped synched my phone, etc. -- all the while having some new customers waiting. I'm old enough to have experienced quite a few new car purchases at various dealerships around the country and can attest to Audrey being the most pleasant and professional agent whom I have encountered. She's really top notch! More
