She spent quality time with me at the dealership and made my trade-in and buying experience a very pleasant one that went pretty smoothly with no long waits. Her very pleasant personality really stood out as being genuine; she was not pushy nor standoff-ish and didn't BS around at all. By the time I was done with all the paperwork and ready to transfer my belongings to the new car, she not only helped me move my stuff (it's the little things that really add up!) but also spent more time helping me get oriented to all the new features of the new car, helped synched my phone, etc. -- all the while having some new customers waiting. I'm old enough to have experienced quite a few new car purchases at various dealerships around the country and can attest to Audrey being the most pleasant and professional agent whom I have encountered. She's really top notch! More
