Not professional at all. I was treated badly by the front service guy and all he cared about is the recall for my car even though I told them when I called that I want an oil I was treated badly by the front service guy and all he cared about is the recall for my car even though I told them when I called that I want an oil change only cause I don’t have time that day. He lied to me and had me sign the paper that says that I dined the recall. So I had to talk to the manager who handled it better. But I will never take my car there again in the future. More

I didn’t like the person who took my case and my information. He was rude , never made eye contact with me, he charged me more than what the estimate said and what was expected. When I called to ask information. He was rude , never made eye contact with me, he charged me more than what the estimate said and what was expected. When I called to ask why, his answer was.. it is wat it is.. very unprofessional. Despite taking it here to have work done my car instantly has a problem with the back and front lights.
