I love my 2024 Kona, however, I am not impressed or happy with your service department. After scheduling an appointment for my 15K service, I brought my car in 10 minutes early. I was immediately met outside with your service department. After scheduling an appointment for my 15K service, I brought my car in 10 minutes early. I was immediately met outside by Bill. After being checked in I waited for an hour and a half before I checked with Bill to see how much longer it would be. He came back and told me they were backed up and they hadn’t even started working on my car!! He said he got a different tech to start on my car and it would be another 30 minutes or so which turned out to be at least 45 minutes longer, so I’m sure you can see why I was not happy waiting that long for a basic service! More
