William Karrels is an excellent sales person. I bought 5 vehicles from 3 different Hyundai dealerships. The last 3 from Hyundai of Fort Myers ( O'Brian). The last 2 from William. He works hard I bought 5 vehicles from 3 different Hyundai dealerships. The last 3 from Hyundai of Fort Myers ( O'Brian). The last 2 from William. He works hard and makes you feel like you are the very important person. I like him. Some times I visit the show room If I have a question or oil change etc. William knows my name and takes time to talk to me. If I see he is busy I'll talk to anyone and every one there are great people. I even went into the glass enclosed part (to get something free they were giving away But I was too early) William Karrels is the best! More
