Bill sold me on this Certified pre owned car by telling me it came with 100,000 mile/10-year warranty. He NEVER told me I only got the remainder of the original warranty. In a text message when I questione me it came with 100,000 mile/10-year warranty. He NEVER told me I only got the remainder of the original warranty. In a text message when I questioned him, he mentioned 60,000 miles…he NEVER stated that during sales process. In fact, when I showed him a text between another dealership that was offering a better price, that is when he said yeah but you don’t get the hundred thousand mile 10 year warranty like you get here. That is actually got me to change my mind because I thought it was too good of a deal to pass up. The fact that someone who has been selling cars since 1991 has to resort to such deceptive tactics is despicable . Also, When I test drove The car, there was a set of black mats in the trunk. I remember because in my mind I said… OK good, the mats are here. I’ve had experiences in the past where the car dealerships play games with the car mats. Upon arriving home, when I opened up the trunk, the mats were gone! When I texted Bill about them, he made a snide comment and said something about ‘kleptomaniacs around here’ . I told him please make sure I get the mats, this $32,000 car should come with mats. He stopped communicating with me from there. I had to call Rex and complain . Supposedly Rex is going to be supplying me with the mats before next week. I will be checking on this to be sure. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed both in the salesman Bill and Hyundai Fort Myers. What happened to me is exactly why people distrust used car salesmen. I’ve been in sales since I was 18 years old, selling Kirby, vacuum cleaners door-to-door. I’ve always sold the right way, and is not what happened at your dealership. I am considering calling WINK news because they do fraud investigations, and I think people should know what is happening at Fort Myers Hyundai. More

This was my second time buying a car from this dealership. I had no problems with my previous Santa Fe so why would I not buy another one.
