Hi Walter, Thanks for your return. I have been your customer for years and Honda's customer service since 2013. My current 2012 Civic never failed because I do take of it on dealership. This is not my first disappointment with your team. Two years ago, they did not apply correctly the nut barrel on engine oil filling. I got a huge oil leak on my garage. Now, took my car for tire aligment and on first time the wheel well was completely misaligned. I returned it for fixing and is still not aligned. I am tired of it. Even worse, they did not say why they did not get. And the reason for visit was to replace the Starter. My car was used to make 35-36 miles. Now, barely makes 30. It happened right after the visit. They said this is normal, and if I wanted, they could check, and the cost was $149. I work with aircraft maintenance. When our customer complains on something after the visit, on something they did not have problem before, at least the check we did not charge. Now, I have my car misaligned and making 5 MPG less than when I dropped it on your dealership. Guess what...I don't step on your shop, and I do not want to have Honda on my life. Bye.
