N.Y. Subaru Customer for years. Moved to CT. 9 months ago and purchased a new Subaru from Premier which is only 20 minutes from my new home. Excellent dealer! The sale went smoothly, the price was right and the car was ready on time. Everything they said they would do was done. The finance Manager was great and the purchase experience was painless. Very happy with this dealer and the service. I am looking forward to having both my cars serviced at Premier and I'm sure there will be future car purchases. More

Excellent experience overall. My sales rep was most helpful through the entire journey of of the sale. I would truly recommend Seth to anyone that is thinking about buying a new car. Excellent experience overall. At seventy, first time in my life buying a car from a dealer (years of company cars), so was a little anxious. No reason for that here. Wanted low mileage, loaded 2019 Outbac my life buying a car from a dealer (years of company cars), so was a little anxious. No reason for that here. Wanted low mileage, loaded 2019 Outback Limited. (this was 09/20) .After on line searches (which showed that Premier's prices at the time beat those of other dealers) and one good but not great dealer visit in NY city, I located a suitable car at Premier. Better all in price with doc charges than cars with more miles and similar in service date. I called and spoke over an hour with Florin, who went over specs I found online. Extremely patient and helpful. We exchanged numerous texts going over questions and details. Responses were prompt and to the point. Since the website I used didn't have the feature that highlighted dings in a virtual inspection (why? What are they trying to hide," I thought), I asked Florin to inspect the car thoroughly and text me photos. Told him he better not leave out a single scratch. Got pics promptly and the dings were negligible. (When I finally saw the car, it was clear that he was thorough). We agreed terms and I gave a deposit over the phone. Bill the sales manager was quite helpful facilitating a number of things. We agreed a pick up date and Florin met me at the New Haven train station. We had a great chat all the way to Watertown. Closing was a very good, non stressful experience. Juan worked through the papers with me in a professional way. Carlos spent a great deal of time going over the features and functions. I left with a very satisfied feeling. More

I cannot say more great things about Premier Subaru of Watertown. My salesman, named Florin, was so very patient with me and spent literally hours with me to make sure I knew every option, all that was av Watertown. My salesman, named Florin, was so very patient with me and spent literally hours with me to make sure I knew every option, all that was available to me, and find the best fit for me, and my price range. He let me test drive every Subaru I expressed interest in, and even some I wasn't sure of, just to make sure I had experience with every vehicle type to make an informed decision. The atmosphere is very comfortable and easy going, definitely not like other dealers I've been to who want nothing more to do with you than a sale in their name. They were very friendly, open, and honest. It felt more like buying a car from a friend than a random salesman. Subaru is such an amazing reliable car brand that they practically sell themselves, all you have to do is tell them your price range and what color you want and they can handle the rest!! It was so easy that I hope I can go back in 10 years when I'm ready for another Subaru so I can have the same wonderful experience. I've been driving my new Subaru for a few days now and am still amazed at how smooth, fuel efficient, safe, and modern it is. The features I got for the price of the car are outstanding! I could write an even longer review about everything else I loved, or you can just go check them out yourself for a new or used Subaru and see what all the buzz is about. You won't regret it! More

Great Experience at Premier in Watertown Wow! What an amazing experience I had dealing with the staff at Premier in Watertown. I was in the market for a new car. Since my brother is a car d Wow! What an amazing experience I had dealing with the staff at Premier in Watertown. I was in the market for a new car. Since my brother is a car dealer, he called and spoke to Joe Hernandez who assured him that he would help me out. The following day, I arrived at Premier and was immediately greeted by Joe and Bill Larovera. They were both were friendly, professional and just genuinely nice. Joe called on AJ Daluz who showed me the car, took a test drive with me and gave me the price. AJ was awesome. He was knowledgeable, kind and excellent at the job he does. When I picked up the car, AJ ran out to greet my brother and myself. When my brother noticed a scratch on the car, AJ quickly jumped into action and took care of it. Next, I was taken to see Gretchen Guevara. Gretchen went over all my options and paper work. Gretchen was phenomenal. She was extremely friendly and I felt like I knew her for years. Finally, AJ introduced me to Kendrick Talho. Kendrick took me to the car and went over every single thing in that car. He spent a good amount of time in the car with me and made sure I understood everything. Kendrick was so thorough and extremely patient. I did call with questions about the phone pairing and Carlos met me outside and took care of getting me the software update that was needed. So a big shout out to Carlos and the Service Department also. All in all, everyone I had to deal with at Premier was beyond excellent. Joe, Bill, AJ, Gretchen, Kendrick, Carlos and the Service Department have my highest compliments and best recommendation in each of their respective positions. Anyone looking to buy a car should definitely check this place out. Premier should be very proud to have these individuals as employees. More

A few weeks ago, I unexpectedly found myself in need of a new car. From the 1st minute on, salesperson Vincent Davis made this a very positive experience. Not only was he kind, professional, & very easy to work with, he went above & beyond, & found me the perfect vehicle. He knew exactly which vehicle & equipment before I did, & he made the whole process completely comfortable. All costs were crystal clear, there were no surprises at the end, & I never felt pressured. This has been the easiest & best experience I've ever had buying a car. Premier Watertown is the best, and Vincent, I can't thank you enough! And thank you Bill, Joe, & Shannon as well. I love my 2020 Forester, it is perfect! More

This is something that should of taken me a minute to however it is something i have been contemplating how to articulate for over a half hour. I can not say enough about Vincent and EVERYTHING he did fo however it is something i have been contemplating how to articulate for over a half hour. I can not say enough about Vincent and EVERYTHING he did for me. He was one of the sole reasons why i stayed with Premier rather going to a different Subaru dealer. He really connected with me on a personal level. He answered every question i had, really took his time with me. He even went out of his way to help me find affordable insurance through a connection he had. He went so above and beyond for me i am so extremely grateful. This being my first time buying a new car Vincent went out of his way to correct the wrongs and make sure it was a memorable experience. This man is a AMAZING asset to Premier Subaru and does not DESERVE to be treated the way he is from management. Ryan was also fantastic he took me on a test drive while i was waiting for Vincent. He answered every question i had and made the car ride that could be awkward everything but awkward we shared laughs and stories it was another wonderful encounter with the Premier staff. William was also great and helped me get my dream car and reassured me i wouldn’t get destroyed on insurance being under 25. Carlos was exceptional at being friendly and helping showing me all my new bells and whistles that came with the car. I had many questions and he answered them all and thoroughly took his time with me which was greatly appreciated. Sarah and Rachel while i did not work with them i have to give them 5 stars. They were very approachable welcoming and friendly it really made me feel at ease. What these reps go through on a daily bases by a verbal abusive general manager is truly disgusting and they DESERVE better. I had an incident where my mother over heard Joseph call Vincent xxxxxxxx to his face. Having a brother who has ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) a special needs advocate and someone who works with special needs individuals we were flabbergasted by the the language and incredible disgusted. It truly made me sick to my stomach. It makes me sick just thinking about it now. We confronted Joseph about this which lead to a verbal altercation. He proceeded to proclaim he never said that and lie right to our faces as we watched the whole thing occur and the words come straight out of his mouth. He also started talking down upon my mother and trying to belittle her as if she was insane. He also said that it’s was “His store so it’s his concern” when i asked him to step away and leave me alone... (leading us to believe he was the Owner... not a general manager of Premier). This lead to me storming out of the building and not wanting to go back in. If it WAS NOT for Vincent and the sales representatives i would have NEVER EVER EVER come back to Premier let alone recommend anyone to go to this location. In the end Joseph apologized for the occurrence shook my hand... but never once did he look at my mother or acknowledged her or apologize to her. It seems that women are below him or not good enough to apologize to.. truly disgusting.. I am completely disgusted at the fact he is the general manager. It upsets me even more that these sales reps have to deal with this on a day to day bases... No ONE should EVER be treated like that... If he talks to his sales reps like that i can’t even stomach what they go through everyday. Anyone who thinks that type of language is acceptable today is truly a disgusting human being. Everyone that i have 5 stars to should honestly get 10 the were phenomenal and i can’t thank them enough for making this experience wonderful!!! Joseph got 1 star because 0 or negative wasn’t an option. I am giving my experience 5 starts due to the tremendous experience Vincent made for me with buying my first new car. If it wasn’t for Vincent, Ryan, William, Carlos, Rachel, Sarah i would be giving a 1 star. I can not thank them all enough for everything they did for me! More
