But what made the sale (we did have another Subaru we’d liked elsewhere) was the camaraderie, helpful attitude and low-pressure atmosphere. We did bump up into some problems but together worked through them. And there was none of the typical up-selling pressure to buy additional services or warranties. Finally we leave with a good car and a good experience. More

I leave there feeling that I wasn't getting the best options or an honest deal. My brother then recommended Premier and I couldn't be happier!. They honored my requests and worked with me to do the best they could to get me an awesome deal within the parameters of my needs. Not only that, but their Buyer's Benefits Package is better than any Subaru Dealership around! Everyone there was friendly and treated me with respect. They were honest and natural. My intent was to visit Subaru, and then Toyota, but Rachel was so impressive to my wife and I we did not go to Toyota and purchased an Outback. Which was also impressive. Rachel was a breath of fresh air in addressing details, suggestions, options very considerate. Joe was very detailed with finance and options to consider.
