The service is great. The scheduling of service is what I have had a bad experience with twice now. Once the appointment was scheduled at the wrong location and a couple of days before the appointment I was advised of the error, but there were no appointments available at my local service center. I ended up having to pay out of pocket at another provider. This time I never received a confirmation call or email when the appointment was made online. More
