"No hassle deal"

Came in at the end of the day, 15 mins to closing, to see what deals were out there for a 3 row suv. Thanks to William Munz I walked out with a loaded QX60 within the hour. No hassle, no pressure just plain old “here’s the best deal I can get you.” The deal was way better than anything that was offered at other dealerships for a similar vehicle. I appreciated the quick no bull pitch, since many know the dealer/manager back and forth game. Happy customer will do business again. Thank you Bill. Also, Velma Hughes was amazing. Thank you.

"Shadiest spot in the valley of sun"

- 1st time buyer

Bought a car here. Negotiated a price with the manager William "Bill" Muntz. The agreed upon price was written down and we both signed. Then dealership took a long time to get the paperwork going so that I was in a hurry. When they were finally ready for me to sign the contract, a new guy, Nelson, presented the paperwork to me. I specifically asked for the paper with the agreed upon price and he told me he would put it in my stack of papers when I left but, for some reason, refused to give it to me right away. Then he gave me document after document after document to sign, the whole time, taking his time and making small talk. Long story short, he distracted me and added $500 to the final price, which I didn't notice because I was rushing. Then, later, when went through the documents he had given me, he had withheld the document I asked for, with the agreed upon price. So they added $500 and then kept the proof of their slight of hand. Fortunately, I'm not a sucker and had already taken a picture of the document when they weren't looking so I could prove their fraud. So I called and told them they over charged me (but did not tell them I had a photo and, hence, proof). Nelson said he "only did was he was told" and that I had to talk to Bill. Bill meanwhile, was suddenly really hard to get a hold of. When I eventually reach Bill, he says he needs to "check the file." Bill eventually agreed to send my money back. He never admitted to over charging but, especially where I didn't tell them I have proof, why would they offer to send me $500 without asking why I thought I was over charged? Answer, it was all done on purpose. Bill told me my money would be sent back "immediately," but then it took several more weeks and a call to the manager, before the check was overnighted. It's too bad because the I really like the car I bought. Long story short, if you go to this dealership, document everything that happens and check for your wallet on the way out.

"I got these guys wrong"

I need to retract a previous review I made a while ago. I thought the guys at Infiniti of Peoria were trying to take me for an extra $568 with that Zaktek treatment even after I requested a refund and said I couldn't use it because I live 100 miles away and maybe moving even farther away. Well I was totally wrong! Today I got a check for the full amount of what I paid for the Zaktek. Infiniti of Peoria is a good place to shop for a new or used car. Thanks again for the refund.
