Typical Stealership!!! My wife and I purchased a car on November 6th from this place. A BMW. The car only had 1 key fob so we agreed on a price for the car if they supplied My wife and I purchased a car on November 6th from this place. A BMW. The car only had 1 key fob so we agreed on a price for the car if they supplied the second key fob. They agreed and it was on the contract. We took the car home and found out our current key fob opened and locked the car but was not actually programed to the car (keyless entry and keyless start). They refused to pay the dealer fee to get it programed. ($85) So basically a useless key. Well 3 months go by and after countless calls and them giving us the runaround about the 2nd key they owe us per contract they finally tells us its ready and to go pick it up at the BMW dealer, we drive to the dealer and they say they don't have the key that it was mailed to the dealer where we purchased the car. We drive to this dealer and the key again Its not programed obviously they cant program it without the actual car. They swear to us its programed and if its not that they paid for the programing and just go back to the BMW dealer and they will program it for free. It was never programed (cant without the car) and they told us they are not going to do anything about it. So if you want to spend $30k-$60k and get ripped off for a few hundred dollars Will (sales guy)is your guy. Liars and cheats...........They lost all our future business for this small issue that should have been resolved in a couple weeks max. The car is nice and what we were looking for but as soon as the deal is done they show who they really are. More
