Hello Its Sam with Greater Chicago motors. Im glad the BMW you bought was nice and I apologize for the delay on the key. We never spoke to you about a key but your wife during the whole process. Once we told you that key came in, and yes it was a delayed partially because we were moving, partly because our parts guy takes his 2 week vacation at the end of the year, and partly because it was the holiday we told you it needs to be programmed and that you need to take it to BMW and WE would pay for it. You stormed out upset and threw paperwork on the ground outside. Your girl never asked us to pay for the initial $85 program. If she did we would have paid it. She told us she already paid it and asked if she would have to pay for the new key, which we replied no. As you mentioned the car is really nice and its a 20k+ car. With over 6 million inventory and over 1000 plus great reviews online across dealerrater,cars.com, autotrader, google why would we upset a customer over $85, that would just be foolish. We were really surprised to even see you storm out after you picked up the key, not sure why you were so upset. Feel free to email me if im missing anything. Sam@greaterchicagomotors.com.
