I feel that the sales manager should have reviewed the paperwork to be sure everything was in order. When we went to pickup the car, we couldn't because the insurance was not obtained. Next I was not reminded to bring the title to my trade in. Next, I was contacted by my bank to complete new paperwork because an extra box was checked off. Next, I had to sign new DMV paperwork because I was given incorrect paperwork. Due to the inconveniences, I asked for my first oil change to be on Matthews and Connor indicated he would do something but in the end, nothing.
