Our "family salesman" is officially Jeff Jackson who doesn't sugarcoat but always keeps the pressure off. We got a very good deal on our trade-in. We know that we will always buy our cars here as long as Jeff works there. We met our finance manager, Will Robertson, for the first time yesterday and he did a tremendous job of giving us our options without making us feel like we were getting a sales pitch. Make sure you ask Will about his dog's visit to Panda Express. I almost cried from laughing so hard. This was overall a great buying experience. Highly recommended for all of your new and used car buying. More

Amazing customer service! I had been looking for a new car both on the West and East side for several months with no success! I became familiar with the Nissan Murano and liked I had been looking for a new car both on the West and East side for several months with no success! I became familiar with the Nissan Murano and liked it very much but could not find the perfect one! On my first visit to Pasco while on the freeway I looked up & a Nissan dealer was right in front of me. I went directly to Bill Robertson Nissan, do glad I did! Being a female senior citizen I was usually ignored or certainly not looked at as a potential customer. All of this changed when I arrived at Robertson. I was driving around their very large lot when approached by Heidi. She listened intently to my wishes & preferences, she showed me some very nice vehicles one in particular caught my eye, she shared my wishes with Will Robertson. Together they guided me to the car of my dreams! The next day I returned to the dealership to deliver my trade in and pick up my dream car! It was brought out to me after being beautifully detailed and a full tank of gas. This service & attention was amazing! All service and any needs in the future I will head back to Robertson Nissan!
