The employees who check you in and out were very thorough and pleasant. Mark, the Shop Foreman, was diligent in diagnosing and repairing two repairs. I purchased a new 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 from Mercedes-Benz of Atlantic City. I also purchased the 4 year maintenance plan when I purchased this vehicle and used Mercedes-Benz of Atlantic City fo Mercedes-Benz of Atlantic City. I also purchased the 4 year maintenance plan when I purchased this vehicle and used Mercedes-Benz of Atlantic City for the service. Unfortunately, moisture accumulated in the passenger-side front headlight. The Mercedes-Benz customer service representative stated the moisture was caused by a defective headlight seal. Mercedes-Benz recognized the headlight assembly was defective and offered to discount only the cost of the headlight. I still had to paid over $1,300 to replace the defective headlight assembly. The 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 is only a few thousand miles over its warranty. Mercedes-Benz should stand behind their vehicle and repair the defective part at no charge to me. I owned Acura, Honda, Ford, General Motors, Chevrolet and Chrysler vehicles for over 40 years and have NEVER encountered a defective headlight assemble. Mercedes-Benz should reimburse me the cost of the repairs to replace the defective headlight assembly. More
