After much stress they finally figured out that the engine had to be replaced per the warranty.i didn't expect to have to pay out almost $500 for a warranty job. I’ve brought my vehicle to Jenkins Kia twice now for service, and both times have been an amazing experience. Their hospitality is top-notch, and they always make me feel very welcome. I recently chose to go to tire choice to do the 9 point inspection since my Kia dealership is at least an hour away from me. Tire choice told me I needed to have my shocks replaced because all 4 tires wer inspection since my Kia dealership is at least an hour away from me. Tire choice told me I needed to have my shocks replaced because all 4 tires were damaged due to bad or worn shocks. And that I needed to replace all four tires and have the shocks replaced. There was a sense of urgency. So I eplaced all four tires because I didn't have the money to do both. I could afford to buy the tires and I needed to figure out how to come up with the money to have the shocks replaced. quick. The service man at tire choice told me all four tires for damaged because of bad shocks. In visiting my son in Crystal River I decided to go into my Kia dealership and have them give me a second opinion. I did not need much of the work that tire choice quoted and charged me for. They confir Ed that shocks did not need to be replaced. .Now I feel safe driving my car. I thank your people for clearing up that matter for me. By the way, Will, the gentleman that handled my paperwork was very, very helpful I just wanted to put in a good word for him. Thank you PS: Next time I need to have my car serviced, I will definitely drive the hour to my KIA Dealership in Crystal River. More

Took 4 visits and over 6 months to get defective mouldings replace on my Kia Stinger. Original service rep completely dropped the ball. I left an appropriate feedback on Google. A day or so later I got a call from Jamie, she was very appologetic and she and Will were able to get my problem taken care of. They were both 5 star. More
