I purchased my vehicle back in October 2019. Everyone was great. My experience with anticipating a trade in this year service was poor. Even the service department. I drove an hour to this dealership to be i great. My experience with anticipating a trade in this year service was poor. Even the service department. I drove an hour to this dealership to be ignored and my concerns put off as if it was no concern. I saw at least 12 employees and only two people spoke and that was towards the end of my visit. You guys have to do better. But you lost a customer that planned on purchasing all her cars and referrals to you.I will not be back. I don’t pay money to be mistreated as if I’m not a valued customer. More

We sold you a truck before replacing broken parts. They asked when I could drop truck off I told them on 8/21/20 I could drop off after work around 430 pm. When I arrived they said they were expecting me at 1030 am. And I would have to wait another week to drop my New Truck off and have it worked on! More
